We sell in wholesale quantities only. If you're in the plant business or thinking about getting started, Plants Without Borders is for you.
how ordering works
Rare, living plants aren't warehouse stock, so we don't sell them like it. We confirm your list against the lab's real supply the next morning andonly charge you for what's actually there. Fresh from the source, nothing oversold. Here's exactly how ordering with us works ↓
step 1: register as a pwb buyer
Create a free wholesale account. We'll make sure you're approved to purchase wholesale with us within 1 business day. Once approved, you'll be able to fill up your cart with the plants you want.
STEP 2: ADD PLANTS TO CART & check out to submit your order request
Browse our partner collections and pick plants within the same collection (ie, Hong Kong) to ensure your plants will come in the same shipment. You can place an order from multiple partner collections, but they won't be shipped together.
- Add plants to your cart & be sure to meet the minimum order quantity per plant - you'll see this information on each product page!
- Pick your packaging: Standard Bulk Packaging (5–10 plants per bag) or Retail-Ready (1 plant per bag).
- Proceed to check out to send us your request. You will not be charged yet!
step 3: order confirmed with lab
Your order request goes straight to the lab to verify that they've got your plants in stock. Anything out of stock is removed, and you are not charged for it.
step 4: invoice sent
We'll send you a final invoice confirming the plants that will be fulfilled, when they'll arrive, and the grade of each plant. Invoices may be paid by card, bank transfer, or Afterpay. Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks after payment.
step 5: plants shipped straight to you
We handle all the logistics & you'll get your order within 2 weeks. We're confident in our streamlined shipping process, but unexpected delays may occur — we've got warranties to cover those rare situations!
