Shipping policy
How we ship
Orders move by express courier on a service selected for the route and the delivery window. Plants travel in packaging built for live tissue culture material, including insulation and, where the route requires it, temperature control. We select the carrier, the service level, and the packaging for each shipment.
What shipping costs
Shipping is charged from our published rate table. We do not waive it, discount it, or offer free shipping.
When your order ships
Every order rides a published delivery cycle with an order cutoff at 5:00 PM Pacific. After the cutoff we confirm your plants by count with our laboratory partners, then send your invoice. We ship once payment clears. Every date comes from the published delivery schedule.
Signature on delivery
We do not require a signature today. If we begin requiring one, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
Shipments that go wrong are ours
If a shipment is lost, damaged, or held in a carrier exception, and the carrier has no delivery record at the address on your order, that one is ours. We reship your full order at no charge when stock allows, and we credit your account when it does not. Shipping protection is included on every order at no cost to you. We file the carrier claim and you do nothing.
A package the carrier recorded as delivered at the address on your order counts as delivered.
What we need from you
Keep your shipping address current on your account. We ship to the address on the order. Be available to receive the box on the arrival dates on your delivery schedule.
